For Self-Paced Learning:

  • Refund Request Timeframe: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the course purchase.

  • Eligibility for Refund: The money-back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the content or downloaded any study materials, videos, or supporting resources from our platform.

  • Refund Requests Beyond 7 Days: Any refund requests made after 7 days of course purchase will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

For Instructor-Led Training:

  • Refund Request Timeframe: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the course purchase.

  • Eligibility for Refund: The money-back guarantee is void if the participant has:

    • Accessed more than 25% of any e-learning content.
    • Attended more than one day of Online Classroom sessions.
    • Received or downloaded any recordings or supporting learning materials from our platform.
